How long will it take to receive my order?
Most custom orders are complete within 1 week. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Fathers Day and Mother's Day may take longer.
If you need your item quickly, there is a "Rush Production" option available, please notify us in the note to seller box at checkout if you need this service. *Certain fees may apply.
We use USPS for shipping and will notify you when your order ships.
-First class usually takes 3 to 5 business days and is a free service to you.
-Priority mail takes 2 to 3 business days and is available for a flat rate fee of $5.95.
-International shipping takes longer
Can I return my hand stamped item?
Due to the nature of making custom jewelry, we cannot accept returns on any hand stamped jewelry, unless we have made an error. If there is a problem with your order, please contact Julia Spencer Creations within 3 days of receiving it. If the error was our mistake, we will fix it immediately. If you are simply not happy with the product or the wording you chose, then the piece is yours to keep. We reserve the right to judge the quality of our work, and will be sure to send you the highest quality of hand stamped jewelry.
Please note that Julia Spencer Creations cannot remake or exchange an order without the original piece returned.
For non-personalized items, such as chains and charms - we will accept exchanges for up to 30 days after shipment of order. We will replace broken chains within 30 days of shipment of order.
***All incorrect or broken items MUST be returned before an exchange will be given. NO REFUNDS.
Will my hand stamped jewelry be perfectly aligned?
No! We hand stamp each letter one at a time - they will never be perfectly straight. There may be spacing variances, too. That's the art of hand stamping jewelry! Each piece will be slightly different, thats what makes your piece a one-of-a-kind creation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship internationally but ask that you contact us first for a shipping quote.
Please note that as the buyer you are responsible for any taxes or fees that may be imposed on your package by customs in your country.
How do I care for my jewelry?
The best way to keep your jewelry tarnish-free when you're not wearing it is to store it in a dry zip-loc type bag. It is recommended that you do not shower or swim with your jewelry on.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders come in either an organza gift bag or a gift box, ready to give as a gift!
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We welcome bulk orders and gladly discount the cost per item for bulk orders. Contact us for special pricing options.
